The Zion's Legacy Walk is dedicated to raising awareness about blood clots , particularly pulmonary embolism , and ensuring that individuals receive the education and resources needed for prevention and proper treatment. Inspired by the memory of my friend Zion, who tragically lost his life due to a preventable blood clot condition, this group aims to foster community engagement and support for those affected by similar health issues.
