Steps to become an LSF Tutor
- Complete Tutor Form All new and returning tutors must complete our LSF Tutor Sign Up Form. Students and tutors will be using resources explained in the training form during the tutoring session, so it’s essential that you understand how to use them. You must complete the form by answering a questionnaire, watching the training videos, and completing a brief quiz. We ask that you complete the LSF Tutor Training Form before attending the orientation. The form will take you approximately 1.5 hours to complete.
- Complete a virtual orientation The Tutoring orientation is designed to present to prospective tutors the guidelines expected to follow, the structure of our tutoring sessions, and strategies tutors can implement to provide an efficient and fun tutoring session. In addition, we will be answering all your questions regarding the LSF Tutoring Program. Contact the PGC Tutoring Coordinator, Bonnie Garcia, at tutoringpgc@latinostudentfund.org for more information.
We look forward to working with you!
