Build a Community Garden!

Our residents love to have fresh fruits and veggies right in their backyard!

One of our top requests from residents is to have stand up garden beds on site. This allows them to get fresh produce without leaving the community, and provides community engagement for the residents who will maintain the garden. If you have some handy woodworking and building skills, gardens can be built for low-cost using salvaged lumber or purchased wood. If you aren't as good with DIY building, you can purchase stand up garden beds for as little as $100 to be assembled. Please feel free to go above and beyond by painting/staining the beds, and providing additional components for the beds and those who use them: soil, tools, and seeds/plants.

This is the perfect initiative for a company or department that have a little extra funds and an afternoon to commitment!
