Be a key part of something amazing! We're looking for a Second Volunteer Coordinator to help make the Zion's Legacy Business & Community Awards run flawlessly. This hands on role is perfect for someone ready to lead ,inspire, and keep the volunteer team energized while ensuring the event goes off without a hitch.
Responsibilities:
- Support the lead coordinator in managing volunteers and keeping everyone on track
- Oversee setup , gift bags ,signage ,and other event logistics
- Help volunteers know their roles and keep tasks running smoothly
- Communicate with the Event Captain to make the event a success
- Keep the atmosphere positive , organized ,and welcoming
- Who We Are Looking For :
- Organized ,enthusiastic, and ready to make an impact
- Calm under pressure with strong communication skills
- Experience in volunteering or coordinating a team is a plus but not required
- Passionate about community service and honoring Zion's Legacy

- Previous volunteer coordination experience helpful but not required
