Urgent : Backup Decorations Coordinator

WE NEED SOMEONE TO STEP UP-NOW ! 

Zion's Legacy Walk is urgently seeking dependable volunteers to serve as Backup Decorations Coordinators.

As we get closer to our October 23 Storytelling Event ,we need to have backup coverage confirmed now so the event team is prepared and the Founder &Director is not left scrambling to fill an essential event role at the last minute. 

If you are creative, organized ,dependable, and willing to step up when needed - we need you! 

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an important behind- the - scenes responsibility and help ensure our event decor is coordinated,organized, and ready for guests.

What You'll Help Make Happen

• Coordinate the overall event decor 
• Help create the planned pink ,white & gold atmosphere 
• Coordinate placement of tabletop sign holders
• Help ensure the 20X30 memorial sign and easel are positioned appropriately
• Make sure decor is neat, intentional ,and presentation - ready 
• Work alongside the Decorations Assistant /Event Support Volunteer during setup ,decor coordination, and cleanup 
• Complete a final decor check before guests arrive 
• Help collect, organize , and account for reusable decor during cleanup 

        Help make sure the space reflects the vision for Zion's Legacy Walk

       No professional decorating or event-planning experience is required 

     If you have a good eye for presentation,enjoy organizing ,and willing to step up when needed ,we want      you on the team! 

 This is not a real backup role 

We are actively looking for volunteers who are willing to sign up ,commit to the role ,and be ready to step in if additional Decorations Coordinator coverage is needed.

Up to two volunteers will be selected for backup coverage. One volunteer may be designated as the primary backup and another as secondary backup.Activation will depend on the event's coverage needs.
