Zion's Legacy Walk is urgently seeking a dependable and compassionate Photo & Video Volunteer to help document our upcoming private storytelling event centered on rememrance, pulmonary embolism awareness ,patient advocacy ,health education ,and community connection.
Your skills can preserve meaningful moments,honor Zion Lewis's legacy ,and support a mission that turns awareness into action.
Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photographs of approved event activities, speakers ,decorations ,and meaningful moments
- Record selected video footage of approved portions of the program,as time and equipment allow
- Work collaboratively with the designated Photo & Video Assistant to coordinate photography and video coverage ,divide the responsibilities ,and help ensure important moments are documented
- Coordinate with event organizer Jannel Saunders and the Photo& Video Assistant to prioritize essential photos and video files to the event organizer after the event
- Respect guest privacy and follow all event photography ,recording, and media sharing guidelines
- Who We Need
- Someone with photography, videography, or both skills
- A volunteer who can bring a suitable camera ,smartphone, or other recording equipment
- Someone dependable ,organized, respectful ,and attentive to detail
- A team player who can coordinate effectively with the Photo & Video Assistant and event organizer
- Someone available for the full assigned shift on Friday ,October 23,2026

Requirement Details
- Must be available Friday,October 23,2026 from 9:00am- 1:00pm
- Experience or demonstrated interest on photography, videography, or both
- Must have a suitable camera ,smartphone or other recording device capable of capturing quality photos and or video
- Must colloborate with the designated Photo & Video Assistant and coordinate with event organizer Jannel Saunders to prioritize essential coverage
- Must be punctual ,organized,attentive to detail ,and able to follow directions
- Must organize and provide caotured photos and video files to the event organizer after the event
- Must interact respectfully with guests ,speakers ,and volunteers while helping document meaningful moments
