Urgent : Backup Greeter & Guest Direction Volunteers Needed

Two Urgent Volunteer Openings - Help Us Make Every Guest Feel Welcome! 

Do you believe a warm smile, a kind greeting ,or a helping hand can make someone's day a little brighter ? 

Zion's Legacy Walk urgently needs two caring ,dependable volunteers to help create a welcoming experience at our upcoming private storytelling event in Baltimore! 

We're looking for : 

• 1 Backup Greeter - Be a friendly face who help guests feel welcomed from the moment they arrive 
• 1 Backup Direction Assistant - Help guests find their way to the storytelling space and feel comfortable navigating the venue 
• We're recruiting Now! We want to fill both positions as soon as possible so our volunteer can receive their assignments and instructions before the event .If you're available and enjoy helping others ,we would love to have you join us!

            About Zion's Legacy Walk 

           Zion's Legacy Walk is a grassroots initiative dedicated to transforming loss             into health awareness,patient advocacy ,and community education.

         Our private storytelling event brings people together for           remembrance,pulmonary embolism awareness ,patient advocacy, and community education. Every volunteer plays a meaningful part in helping create an atmosphere where guests feel welcomed,respected ,and included.

Sometimes ,the smallest acts of kindness make the biggest difference. You could be the friendly face that helps someone feel right at home .

Backup Greeter- 1 Opening

Be the welcoming smile that starts a guest's experience on the right note ! 

What you'll do : 

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome 
• Help guests identify the correct event entrance
• Coordinate with the on site team to direct guests appropriately 
• Provide backup coverage for the primary Greeter needed

           Backup Direction Assistant- 1 Opening 

            Be a helping hand for guests who need a little guidance           

•      Welcome guests who need help finding the event space
• Escort  guests from the venue entrance to the designated storytelling space 
• Provide clear, friendly directions inside the venue 
• Coordinate with the event team to help guests arrive comfortably 
• Provide backup coverage for guest directions if needed 
• Please note : This role focuses on directions inside the venue.
• No specialized experience is required! A welcoming attitude ,reliability ,and a willingness to help are what matter most
